  1. Costumer sends the product to us.
  2. If the retail price is sub $50, we acquire it ourselves.
  3. If the price higher, we'll rech out to the manufacturer and see if we can get one for free. If we can't within 2 weeks, we'll ask the customer to cover the cost.
